I recently bought micromax x450 from saholic.com. on the delivery date, i found some of the mobile accessories like trans receiver, data cable, additional back body cover is missing from the packet. when i complaint against this, saholic answered that they just delivered the product as it is, and i should contact micromax directly for such issue. i do not know, who is actual catapult (micromax/saholic) but i am really upset with the service. and mobile is of no use for me.
as per saholic, they only delivered below accessories and user guide contain more accessories, then that is not there responsibility.
