I have purchased micromax mobile C2i phone on 25-11-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, Sonipat. It isnot working properly since 20-12-09. I have submet the same at your service center 207 Haryana Karnal N030122 Bharat Electronics and Communications 490, old char chaman, link road, Karnal 9813297008/0184-4042490/9255163989 on date 08/01/10 but after one month still my mobile not repaired by ur executive am regularly going to service centre but they always give me time for next week-2 and today they give me 3 contact no. and says plz confirm from these no’s we are not able to provide you correct information about your mobile from our side. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company but all is in wane. Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
