I have purchased Micromax q50 handset on jan-12.The problem with it is that the product is not working well with BSNL & TATA DOCOMO sim cards. The authorised servicestation of the company have no solution about this defect. They told that they have been not provided a solution software from the company. They are giving dates on dates but no solution. Please provide me solution for this matter.
