Ignoring my complaint in service cente

I bought Micromax Mobile 2 months back, and i was not able to open internet in mobile so i given my mobile in belgaum service center, they telling daily, it will be done tommorrow, and after 10 days, they telling, nothing can be done in this handset, use like this only, only one service center in belgaum, karnataka, .. plz help me what can i do in this, 9738035372
