I had buy Micromax cube wifi on 4th march & I start facing Problem in that from 18th march. On 13th Apr I had visited Media Enterprises Dombivali they said their is problem with the handset & it has to be sent in the company & call me after one Week. I had visited their after one week But they said it will take more time because your handset is in the company. Then i had called in company on 21st Apr they said they will reply in 4 days by calling me but noboddy has called me then again i had called in the company and after that they assured me that i will get my handset back by 7 days but nothing has happened again I had called there they said it will take more days i ask their head no they had given me Mr. Alpesh No. hfirst time he picked up my call & promised to call me back in 1hr but he didn't call me and also stop picking up my call again after 4 days i had call in micromax delhi cont no. they talk very rudely to me & given Mr. Sarvesh no. Without saying any information about my handset I had called mr. Sarvesh also he ask me to forward job card no. i had SMS him which is 1930590 and also given him my complain no. MMX2304112621 he laso promised me that he will reply in 2 hrs but till now he had not reply.
Now I would like to know when should i get my handset repaired & back this is the service provided by micromax.
We normal people can't do anything against these worst service provider.
