Phone not functioning correctly

Sir,

I purchased micromax a 60 which is an android phone.in its advertisement it was clearly mentioned that all facilities of android will be available on it.but unlike other android devices it donot have facilities for downloading from android market which is an imp. Feature of android.its like they are selling their product by false claims.

kindly help me regarding this.
