Not Return Mobile From Service Centre Last 45 Days

Sir,

I Purchased Micromax Q35 Mobile From Home Shop 18.com and that mobile was faulty, mobile was not support charger, then i send it to service centre Farrukhabad. shop keeper said to return back within 12days. now it passed 45 days apps.

sir i am very disappointing with service.

sir please help.
