I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MICROMAX MOBILE. MICROMAX MOBILES’ CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST, LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY & ACCESSIBILITY.SCREEN OF MY HANDSET MODEL Q5 DEVELOPED TROUBLE AND THE ONLY SERVICE CENTER AT LUCKNOW TRUST ASSOCIATES NEITHER REPAIRED IT NOR EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR NOT REPAIRING IT, EVEN RETAINING THE DEFECTIVE HAND SET FOR SEVEN DAYS. MICROMAX MOBILE PORTAL THOUGH ACKNOWLEDGES MY ONLINE SERVICE REQUESTS BUT DO NOT INITIATE ANY FOLLOW UP ACTION. TOLL FREE NUMBER; ALWAYS REMAIN DEFUNCT. TOLLED NUMBERS; DO NOT REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. CONCERNED EXECUTIVE IS NOT READY TO TAKE MY CALL, OPERATER ASSURES THAT I WILL GET A CALL BACK, BUT DO NOT GET IT EVER. ON REPEATED INSITANCE MY COMPLAINT COULD BE REGISTERED, BUT STILL NO FOLLOW UP ACTION.BY SHEER CHANCE I COULD GET MR. VIKASH JAIN, BUSINESS DIRECTOR’S MOB. NO. 9868126393 AND COULD SEND HIM AN E-MAIL; [email protected], STILL NO ATTENTION, THEN I SENT HIM A SMS, THIS COULD DRAW HIS ATTENTION HE CALLED BACK AND ADVISED ME TO MAIL HIM THROUGH support @micromaxinfo.com. Ms NEHA VIRMANY e-mail: [email protected], CALLED ME AND REPLIED THROUGH MAIL THAT SUCH RAMPANT COMMUNICATION FAILURE IS BEING INVESTIGATED AND I SHALL BE INFORMED ABOUT THEIR FINDINGS AND STRICT CORRECTIVE MEASURES WILL BE ADOPTED BY MICROMAX IN FUTURE. THIS STATEMENT SEEMS TO BE A HOAX ONLY, AS I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THEIR FINDINGS OR CORRECTIVE MEASURES TAKEN.EXPANSION OF CUSTOMERS’ BASE THROUGH TREMENDOUS SALES SUPPORT, EVEN BYPASSING SALES OF NOKIA IS A WELCOME THING. BUT NO ATTENTION TOWARDS RETAINTION OF CUSTOMER BASE THROUGH PROVIDING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY HASSLE FREE POST SALES SERVICE IS EQUALY PRIME FACTOR TO A COMPANY’S GROWTH AND PROSPERITY. MICROMAX HAS FAILED TOTALLY IN THIS FRONT AND SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN THE PROPECTIVE CUSTOMERS TO THINK ABOUT POST SALES CONSEQUENCES BEFORE BYING A MICROMAX MOBILE. NO ACTION/RESPONSE FROM MICROMAX TOWARDS REPAIR OF MY HAND SET COMPELS ME TO DISPOSE OFF THIS ILL FATED HAND SET AT A THROW AWAY PRICE. GIVEN PH.NOS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES WILL HELP THE HAPLESS CUSTOMERS TO COMMUNICATE HIS/HER COMPLAINTS TO DISTINGUISHED OFFICIALS OF MICROMAX ATLEAST.
