Complaint
I purchased a new Micromax ‘X 360’ Mobile telephone set with I.M.E.I. No. 910002564755614/5260614 on 14.04.2010 for Rs.3700/- from M/s. Parkash Electricals, Kurukshetra Road, Kaithal (Ph. No.01746-234182, Mobile No. 9896051444). There were recurring complaints in its functioning i.e. blank LCD, battery backup etc. It was taken to your Customer Care Centre, namely Shri Ganesh Telecom, Authorized Service Centre Micromax Informatics Ltd. Kaithal, Phone No.01746-231640, Mobile No.9812145049, three times and ultimately D.O.A. Certificate bearing Sr. No. MMX/CSD/HS/45469 dated 06.10.2010 with DOA Tracking No.00067 was issued. This alongwith the set was deposited with the dealer aforesaid. However, till date the set has not been replaced. The ball is being rolled between dealer and distributor (one Mr. Sohan Lal). A great hardship is being experienced by the customer. Kindly look into the matter and redress the grievance immediately, so that I am not constrained to knock at the door of Consumer Forum or initiate criminal action under panel laws of the country.
