I HAVE PURCHASED ONE MOBILE MODEL NO. Q3 DUAL SIM MOBILE (IMEI NO. 1 - 910001157802676 AND 2 - 910001158302676) ON 19-03 BY SINGHAL AGENCY SHOP IN MEERUT, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA.
IN THIS MONTH (AUGUST) I FOUND SOME PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE AND IN BATTERY THEN I GO TO MY NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE SITUATED AT MEERUT MALL, DELHI ROAD, MEERUT UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA. THE SERVICE CENTER MANAGER MR. MOHIT TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE US THIS MOBILE AND BATTERY AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT MINIMUM 20 DAYS AND IT MAY TAKE 1 TO 2 MONTHS, I ASKED MR. MOHIT THAT MICROMAX COMPANY SAYS THAT WE TAKE MAXIMUM ONE WEEK FOR SERVICE . THEN HE SAID TO ME IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM ONE TO TWO MONTH ITS YOUR HEADACHE THAT WHAT TO DO LEAVE IT OR PLEASE GO AWAY FROM HERE TILL I DOESNT LOOSE MY PATIENCE.
AND SIR SERVICE CENTER RECEPTION LADY ALSO WRITTEN ON PAPERS THAT YOU WILL GET MINIMUM AFTERWARDS OF 20 DAYS.
SO SIR TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ON THIS MATTER SHOULD I MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA OR YOU CAN DO ANYTHING AGAINST YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE IN MEERUT, INDIA.
I AM WAITING FOR A WEEK OF YOUR REPLY, IF I DOESNT GOT ANY REPLY I WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA AND ITS THEN YOUR HEADACHE.
