Can't do free service by authorised service cente

Dear micromax

i purchase micromax Q5 set from Delhi dated 14.05.2010.Last 4 & 5 months the mobile track ball not working. I am going to micromax authorised service center in allambagh & indra nagar Lucknow. both service center said that we take charges for service we can't do free service. But my mobile have warranty.
