I have purchased Micromax Q7 mobile on 13 Aug. For no reason the mobile got switched off on 15 September. Tried switching on again with no luck. Reached out the service center and lodged a request with job code number 604845. The service executive gave a verbal commitment of a one week time for delivery of repaired or a new piece (In case repair is not possible). One week passed and even a month passed, till now we do not have a reply from service executive. Tried reaching them on phone and personally as well, but the response is very rude and not acceptable. Today is 30 Nov and the response today as well is same. Hence, lodging a complaint, can someone advise on how to go about this.
