I purchased a mobile phone of micromax company from sikri enterprises 22A, bada mohalla, devil road khanpur, new delhi-110062 on 12/05.. After few months the speaker doesn’t worked, I gave it to m/s vaishno communication, l-17 AD, basement, near shani mandir, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017, the service centre of micromax. they deposited it with them and kept it for 1 month and returned, it was in guarantee period .after repairing of few days the same sound problem occurred in it.but I still managed it, now again the cell become off and after that didn’t start. I again gave it to the service centre. Sir, it’s a humble request to you that please file a complaint against them, they keep my mobile for whole month and still they don’t provide good services. They are keeping my mobile for so long and because of that iam facing loss in my business. I think they have sold me a local mobile in name of micromax company..plese sir take an action against the retailers, I will be very thankful to you.
