I Mr. Girish Kokal had purchased micromax mobile X505 on 08/12 from mobile gallery situated in Rmall (mulund) west having bill no.9623
The IMEI No of this handset is 910526605265860/910526605571861 after using this instrument for about 2 months the display of this turned white, i handed over this instrument to the micromax service centre (Cello communications, Dreams mall Bhandup (W) on 01/02 having job sheet no W030414-0212-593306 till this particulal centre is not responded to my complaint.
Whenever we call them they say the piece is gone to the main branch & will come soon, after repetaed no of calls i finally have decided to inform you about the same.
