Phone not working properly on the first day of its purchase

I have bought the handset x600 today on 11/10. and i am facing the trouble the very same day of the purchase.the speaker of the phone is not working.the touch of the the phone is also very poor..i want to get the handset replaced if the company could provide a 100% alright phone or i want the refund of y money
