I have handedover my Micro oven against TTK service receipt no. my recipt no 3149 dated 9.12.2010 while taking itself they said the Main circuit has to be changed and it will cost around Rs.1800. Immediately I said ok, after 2 months in the mid of Feb I called them and informed in case if it is not repairable I can go for another replacement (exchange) they said they will check with higher officials and let me know the status. One fine day I have received call from their service head that my ovan is ready and they are sending the same. Till today 26/04 I have not received.
