I have purchased a microtek inverter UPSEB 600 on 20/3/10 from a local shop at Ghaziabad R.K. BATTEERIES, Shop no. 1 Dudheswar nath mandir, Gaushala road Ghaziabad U.P. wide product no 91GANB296161 AND BILL NO 07/321.
After installation of inverter, it was giving back up for 1- 1.5 hrs, I thought battery might have not charged, but latter on on improvement of the situation, I lodged a complaint for it's poor performance to the shop keeper, he directed me to customer care, from there also no one attended that complaint, and I am facing low backup/no backup problem.
Kindly get my complaint attended at earliest.
