Misbehavior by Centre Head of Nokia care

Dear Sir/Madam,

I own a Nokia Handset C5-05 Which has a manufacturing defect. I purchased it on 09-12 and since then its Touch Pad has been replaced 6 times but every time the same problem arises within a few days. On the 7th visit to to the Nokia Care center (Micronas Telecom) I directly went to the center head (Miss Sunita Pangtey) but instead of adressing to our problem she made excuses and said that the touch pad of your phone has been only replaced thrice as per her records, which is absolutely wrong. As we were not been treated properly I raised the pitch of my voice but she instead of addressing to my Problem refused to repair and replace the phone as i demanded replacement and Permanent solution. She misbehaved with me and my Friend and called her staff who argued and misbehaved with me and my friend badly. It is an absolute insult and against my dignity. The customer handling there has harassed me. Kindly look in to the matter, Please help me.
