Dear sir,
I purchased a mobile of KARBONN 560 on 16th march for Rs.4600/-in ADARSH MOBILE kukatpally.
But the mobile is made up with faulty material, since the key pad button are not properly functiong and those are automatically getoff from handset.
whenever i been to authorised service center they are helpless in that problem.
they blming the company for non supply of parts.
from the last 6 months am roaming around the service centers BANJARAHILLS (Base Branch), ABIDS, Ameetpet, Kukatpally for headset replace and I wonder they dont have the same till today.
Kindly look into issue and take an action on karbonn company which cheating so many common people with a faluty and useless mobiles.
