To my horror, the item I ordered on 25-02 has not yet been delivered as on 21-03 and also in-spite of several mails querying about the order delivery, there has been no response to my mails. The strangest thing about their site is that they have only ONE contact number which is almost literally unreachable.
Their site boasts about addressing every mail within 24 hours but none of that has happened in my case.
For the past one week not even a single reply has come through either from [email protected] or [email protected].
I even sent them a mail requesting cancellation of order but still no response.
I'm tied of these request & I'm on verge of filling FIR & register a compliant against Priya Chauhan, Ritesh, Neha, Tamya you, all the customer officer Individual
