Cash back not received yet

I bought 3 samsung mobile phones under the cash back scheme and am yet to receive the promised 5% cash back.. The Mobile store here in Kalyan just keep asking me to call the toll-free customer care for my problems..the customer care fellows just keep saying that you'll get the cash back tommorow and their tommorow never arrives..

Beware! Avoid getting into cash-back schemes with Mobile store and buy your handsets from others but not Mobile-store..or be ready to be at loss..
