Subject: No Feedback.

Dear Customer Care,

My Mobile model : 810W

Given it for repairing on 11th June. Repaired it and delivery me back to me on 19th June.

Charged me Rs.1021/-.

On same day onwards, the problem arises again.

Due to workdays, I am not able to given it back the same on next day. Coming weekend I had return back to you (i.e., 26/06), with the problem to resolve it.

As you said, we will re-check your set once again and rectify the problem and call you back to me.

But it now, there is no response from your end.

Write I am facing problem, with out having the mobile instrument.

If you people, not able to rectify the problem. Please tell me, I will escalate this issue to your corporate office.
