Motorola/V-8 Mobile Handset
Handset in Dead condition in company's authorised service centre

I have a mobile set of Motorola company model no. v8

BDADDR:001E8DC0D52C V8 & IMEI:357335/01/051541/8

I Purchase this set from your Dealer in Bhopal on 15 Aug 08 But due to some problem in the set i have given my set to your Service centre/Collection centre at Bhopal (M.P.) under warranty period in July but they return my mobile set after more than 2 months without repairing.

When i request to motorola customercare by Email that please repair my set under warranty, they told me to submit the handset but after a month they reply that it was returned back without repair because estimate was not approved from my side.

Please guide me How can i overcome from this problem.
