Dear Sirs,
I wanted to purchase of copper wound AVS of a leading company so I contacted Aligarh famour leading dealer of ACs, Refrigerators, TVs, Washing Machines, LCDs, Ovens, etc, M/s Snow Cool, Tiuraha Dube Ka Para, Agra Road, Aligarh 202 001, Mob. No.9358251824, Phone No.05713290212, Proprietor: Mr Sighal, having a large sale, has sold me as Bluebird 97-270V model:06 voltage stablizer with Bluebird name and logo affixed thereon as generally appear on your products, telling me it is a copper wound. but later it found alum wound. On contacting he replaced by GEMAX branded stablizer manufactured by Goyal Electronix Centre, 345, Jawahar Ganj, Hapur 245101 e-mail: [email protected] saying that it is copper wound but in fact it was a thin aluminium wire wound automatic voltage stablizer which I could not retain with me and soon returned it to the dealer and asked TO return the previous bluebird stablizer which WAS returned to M/s Snow Cool, Aligarh for copper wound, but during transit to our residence it got defective, so we had to again return back to it to the dealer to replace it or repair it pefectly.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE INTERFERE IN THE MATTER IN THE INREREST OF GOODWILL OF BLUEBIRD IF YOU FEEL SO.
