AC 1.5 Tone

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one AC of 1.5 tone from day one my problem has not been resolved. I have logged my complaint on 23/06 but no action has been taken yet apart from many reminders to your customer care. As your executives informed our service team will visit within 2 hours and till date no action has been taken. I need my recent complaint linked with old complaints and I need some strict action against your service team and my problem get resolved at the earliest.

I think your service team and company unable to resolved my problem till date.

I need strict action has to be taken against my complaints and resolved the problem at the earliest.
