My mobile no.9133300951, is a CD MA. now i want to port my no, when sent to 1900 immediately i received an sms saying PORT.1-Failed: Number is not Active. and i informed this to the Customer service of MTS, they registered complaint and gave a complaint number: MAR/1305. I received a call from them and they said there is no problem with their side. and sent me and sms saying the registered complaint has been solved. now the same problem is there i cannot port my number.
