MTS mobile - Disconnected without prior notice
I have purchased a MTS mobile connection 1 month before.
The worst thing happened when my connection is disconnected without prior notice. For the past 8 day, I am not able to access incoming and outgoing calls. The reason behind this is not informed me before disconnecting. I can't even call to customer care office through my MTS phone. When called from other cells, it has been informed that my ID proofs are not submitted; but I have already submitted this in the date I have purchased this connection. Still disconnecting without notice. When I called, they informed me that they will update soon. Even after 4-5 days, not getting any response. I was forced to call again from my side. Informed that they will resolve it only if I will again submit all proofs. Just note that it is not my mistake if they lost the docs I have already submitted. It is simply their mistake and I have to suffer for that.
