MTS Pulse 1500 Having Battery Backup Problem

I was so disappointed the MTS PULSE Mobile Phone. Since the time I have bought I was facing the battery backup problem. Battery is so terrible it was hardly 2 to 2.30 hours talk time maximum. USB charger won’t work at all it take more then 4 hour to charge from USB, Processor is so low speed. But the sales peoples saying 4 hours talk time totally wrong. Battery backup is not supporting to use handset features in proper manner. I was escalated to the sales manager and Customer Care on time. But the result was very bad experience very worst Customer Care service. MTS sales peoples initially talking with agreement copy will provided to customer by signed both the parties but they don’t give agreement copy. Purchase Invoice of MTS Pulse not provided. Service aspects were not in HTC service Center. Actually I was totally disappointed the MTS HTC pulse Phone. Please anybody having the same problem plz. Call me. My phone is 8122992299. I am hardly trying to come out of the issue. But the MTS is forcing me to use the phone. What to do? How to pay monthly bill without using the phone. At present my phone was MTS HTC Pulse service centre.
