M/s Muskan Electricals has replaced the compressor of my 265 litres Whirlpool make fridge on 27.05.2011. He charged Rs. 3500/- for this service. The warranty of 18 months was given on the compressor. The compressor stopped working on 31.05.2011.Several times we visited his shop but the repairer did not turn up. He also not responding on the given mobile numbers.
We are facing lot of difficulty without fridge in this scroching summer. The food items are rottening. We have called the mechanic of M/s Whirlpool Mr. Wahid Hussain who confirmed that in the fridge instead of new compressor the old repaired compressor has been installed.
This is a clear case of cheating on two accounts:
1. Instead of providing the new compressor, the old repaired compressor has been installed.
2. Inspite of 18 months warranty the repairer is not repalcing the compressor.
We have lost our mental peace because of the cheting and we claim for Rs. 6000/- total towards the price of new compressor and the mental agony we are passing through.
