Actually i got a mobile 4-5 yrs back now the mobile is not working properly. i went to customer care for its formating but they said dat we dont hav its software moreover i asked dem 4 its cbinet still dey said dey dont hav its cabinet.so i want to know can my mobile be formatted n can i change its cainet. pls help me out, u can reply me on my email id.my email id is [email protected].
