Sub: non receipt of surprise cum special gift as per my order no 1120099 dated 16.12.2010
against my order i have recieved most worst spy pen 16 gb but so far inspite my thosuand phone calls no response for the special gift and usb charger, they have alreay taken my amount from credit card on 16th dec. according me the naaptal is chetaed me i dont when can get myspl gift and usb charger i have lredy spenf more than rs 5000 five thousand for phone calls for this and wexed mentally
