I arjun singh verma ordered a mobile handset from naaptol on 9thmarch. The product name was boss 33 sleek and the product id is 210968.sir i had the problem with yhe set within 2 weeks and i shipped it back to the address given to me by customer care naaptol. After shipment when i contacted the company to inquire about da details of the cell they told me that da mobile will be shipped back within 7 to 10 working days but it never came within the time limit. I called them everyday to inquire and they always gave me such assurance then after 20 days i told them to refund my cash as i culdnt wait any longer so they reshipped it on 29th and it has been delivered but some person named arun when i contacted them they said that they delivered on the address i had given and someone else might have picked up the courier. Sir i want my refund as they have misplaced the product and also i told them for the refund before they had reshipped it tyo me they gave me assurance of refund but its been a month and i dont have the mobile and they are not giving the refund saying that they have delivered the product but i know nobody has delivered as i have enqired that. Please sir i am a student of law of army institute of law, mohali sector-68.Kindly help me to get the refund. The customer number of Naaptol is 09223516148.
