I really need your help with this

Your attention is drawn to communication with your dealer M/S Narula Electronics, Navyug Market, GZB is poor & fake towards the split AC i.e Old Model v/s New Model

Our company M/S M.G Construction Machinery & Equipment (P) Ltd. brought the split AC on dated 22 March. In this regards M/S Narula Electronic dealer told us this is the latest model of 2009 & after that we are continuously communicating with customer care of LG, they have registered our complaint & send the executive time-to-time but not able to find the right cause in AC

I would like to draw your attention toward the fake commitment between dealer & our company, when we go through the model no. & serial no. of split A/C we found that is the old model. In this regard we have communicated with LG Services they also told us this is the old model.
