My husband and I want to alert you about this company. Do not hire or buy anything from them. They are frauds. We got their listing through a website. When you look at it, it really looks professional and the National Service Company sounds very impressive. We thought it was government approved. 2 months earlier, we had hired the company to fix our fridge. The service man said that we had to replace the motor of the fridge. He said he will get a new one with a 2 year warranty, so we agreed. He charged us the amount of 2300 rupees. We paid. He even gave us a proper bill so we were'nt worried. He said we wont be facing any problems with the fridge anymore. Now, we are facing the same problem again. We called up the office and asked them to send over some one. The agent said she will send that same person by evening, he did not turn up. I called her the next day, she said i have to call him up personally, which i did. He said he will come in the evening, he did not come. We called up the agent the next day and she said that she cannot send anyone at the moment due to ramadan which is???!!! They can come only after Ramadan is over. People still work during Ramadan. My husband has staff members who are muslims. Though they fast, they still show up for work. We find this an excuse to avoid coming to our residence. Suddenly, we realized we just got conned. We double checked. The company has a fake address, wrong landline numbers, wrong email. The only way to contact them is through their mobile phone numbers. Beware of these fellows. They will temporarily fix anything under the sun but make you buy one of their products which do not work at all. Who knows they will sell you back your old motor without you realizing, because mine wasn't even packed like new goods do. It wasn't sealed or wrapped at all. Beware citizens!
