Natraj atta maker- jumbo shree
Delaying in proper service

Dear sir,

i smit patel purchse natraj aata maker from vijay raj sales on 21 aug '10. on my father 'hasmukhbhai' name,

with in a month it's not working. so, i complain on 25 sep. the complain no. is 1912. but they didn't come so i call them 3-4 times. on 5th oct. they came to check.they told the circuit was gone. they promise to change it in 2 days.

but they didn't come. so i call 5-6 times more.

finaly they came on 10 oct. at this time they came with wrong circuit so promise to change it next day.

today is 12 & yet they don't come.

kindly help me sir.

we are in trouble & don't know what to do? so please help me.
