Wanting cell. Amount pay for post Rs. 3000/-, But, not cell is there

We want Mobile for seeing paper add about naptol and then done phone for wanting of cell. Then, Naptol company was send a box from that company. Post Master said, Pay the money and take your box. After Pay Rs. 3000/- for post and take that box. After open that box one company papers and cell phone bill only in that box and Cell is not there.

It is fact. Please enquire and give my money to me. Please.
