I purchased Sony 55EX720 from Next, vashi store on 21-10-11 and brought back it to my home in my car on same day. it is LED 3D tv.. and company not given me any 3D glasses, warranty card and sony offer products till date.
they/manager (karthik) promised me to deliver them on next day of purchase. but till today nothing yet in my home..
i called them so many times they kkep telling of no availability of offer products.
Regreted completely!!!
