Myself Sachin Gupta had purchased Digital Camera Nikon Coolpix S3200 two days before Diwali (in the month of october) and its hardly 4 or 5 months since I purchased it.
Last sunday I was at choupati and was clicking photos then suddenly a big wave hit the rock and water spilled over my DigiCam.
The digicam has started dysfunctioning since then. sometimes it doesn't starts, sometimes it clicks blurred images.
When i visited Nikon service center on Tuesday they denied to repair it despite having 2 yrs of warrenty period on the grounds that we haven't handled it properly and I was asked to pay 5000rps for repairing digicam at my own cost.
I want to register complaint against company and the service center. Please guide me for further action.
