Dear Consumer Complaints Forum,
I, the undersigned purchased an 'Anti-theft security alarm' (super cop single door system) worth INR 6800 on 10th February from Acura Systems from Hyderabad branch (details given below) Invoice No:607/644. Our purchase turned out to be a total disaster when I came to know that this company robbed me in turn by setting up a spoiled alarm which hardly worked for 10 days from the time of installation.
From the day the alarms stopped working, we have been calling the responsible (Name: Srinivas) on his several contact numbers (91 9985375476/ 9849337889/98484 91049/ 040-55255534/040-32519319). We hardly had him answer our complaint and after a couple of visits to our place, this person removed the system and took it with him assuring us that it would be repaired and set back.
It’s been a month, the system was lifted from my house and every time we call this guy, he either disconnects or ignores our calls. E-mails bounced back and their website does not have a complaint section! Various other attempts to reach him also failed. Finally, when we get a chance to speak to him, we told him that we would complain against his cheating on us. In spite of saying that he puts down the threat saying it is nonsense and such complaints never work'!!
This is the extent of the prevalence of the fraud this guy and this company is undertaking on customers cost in the name of providing 'Security options' to the house hold. These guys themselves became a security threat for my house... by stealing our 6800Rs, taking away our alarms, not responding to calls and dismissing our appeal of complaining against them! We have the bills with us and will provide if required...

Request you to take a serious legal action against this person and the company. Do provide us justice, for this is the forum I would rely on for a just solution and a compensation, I duly deserve, for all the money I spent on these guys (buying the system, multiple calls me and my family made, chasing these guys, and roaming behind them for a solution).
