I have purchased NOKIA-2330 handset from Planet Telecome vide invoice no.5854 dated 8-7. The handset giving problem frequently during the last more than 10 months. I have given handset for repairing FOUR times to NOKIA Care but problem is still there. Before the warranty period, I requested shopkeeper to replace the handset. but he refused.
Now, I am thinking of taking press conference and way the NOKIA care centre giving treatment to me also I am planning to go the consumer Forum Court within SEVEN days from the date of receipt of your reply. For that, I am not responsible.
