I bought a new 5030 nokia mobile hand set on 27.1.2011 from 'PRIME CEL'-NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Meluvallil building, kallupalam jn. alapuzha for Rs.1700/. The dealer open the cover and put battery in it. After half an hour, when I reached my office, my collegues found the cover is damaged. I telephoned the dealer and told about the damage. He agreed to replace the mobile. But when I reach the shop, he did not replace the mobile and behaved roughly.what can I do to replace my mobile?
