Software damage

I have a nokia 5130 handset. And the software of it is complaint repeatedly. One time i serviced my phone in nokia care Kozhikose

But in that day onwards the complaint start again.

When i am browsing the menu and etc suudenly a White Screen appears and the application iam just running is close.
