Dear sir,
i (guru dayal) gave my handset (nokia 5130) at nokia care jaunpur some times ago because it was not working properly.
At nokia care they told to me that your mobile's warantty period has been gone out and take 100rs for this and said that u have to spent 800-1000rs for it and u have to put it for 2 days then ur mobile will work properly. I said ok.
After 2 days when i went there then they said to me that your mobile will not be repair because all the parts of ur mobile has been burst, and also thex didn't return my 100rs.
After that i gave my mobile to a general repair shop and he told me that some parts of ur mobile like camera, ic etc. has been changed.
I found a big guilty and corruption at nokia care jaunpur and care like this are responsible for the bad image of nokia at this stage.
Kindly take a proper and tight action against the nokia care jaunpur.
