Nokia 5700 xpress music
5 times software problem has occured

Sir,

I Bhanupriya K Arora (9164588418) purchased nokia 5700 code no. 355212032302202 On 25th july'09, and since then 5 times it has been gone for softwere upload at nokia care managalore due to some display prob, finally they have sent it to company on 8th march'10.

I want it to be replaced not repair as i know this prob will persist anyway, every mnth visiting nokia care and getting all your contacts erased is very frustatin. I request the responsible person to look into the matter.
