Extra service Charge from Nokia

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia 6208 C Hand seton 23 rd August 09 .last week i have faced problem of mobile not getting started. I have handed over my handset to siddhivinayak Electronics at Dombivli (W), from where I have purchased the cell. Now The Nokia service centre charging me 2250 Rs. Why I should pay such a big amount in the warranty period. Please give justice to me.

I dont have money also right now.
