Nokia 5800 multiple issues, bad response from Nokia Care

Hi,

Sub: Nokia 5800 Issues & more so related to Nokia's uncaring Nokia Care

Could someone pl provide me the action I could take against Nokia care - which has turned a deaf-ear to my repeated complaints concerning my handset 5800. My issues have not been fixed even after nokia "care? " sent to Noida for fixing. Apparent, they didnt do much and I still have several issues with the handset. To name a few - it would turn-off on its own, battery would drain very fast, after any message/call made - it restarts (not always but very often), the settings have been messed up after i got it back from the Nokia 'care'. I cant get to use GPRS or any other service including the ones my Servicce Provide Airtel provides! Annoying and extremly lethargic customer care (Koramangala & Murugeshpalaya Nokia Care).

I am not thrilled about going through the painful task of giving it to the 'NOkia CARE', & they looking for superfical issues & instantly turning us over to Noida & leavin me in lurch while returnin back the handset & not telling what they did or providing any guarantee that the problem wont recur. The Noida care SLA being 11 or 15 days, they take nearly a month to return the handset & i have to follow up.

I am a Nokia partron for over 10 years & now, I am tired of using the 'defective' handsets Nokia has started to sell. I dont know whom to approach now. Nokia care is definitely out of question - thanks to their apathetic customer care & follow-up. I dont know who in Nokia after-sales take this seriously about replacing the display or what-ever or the whole handset.

I bought this handset for 21000 - it is not a small amount for me to pay for the trouble it gives.

The handset has never been dropped & used very carefully.

I also have an extended warranty - to avail perhaps looking at their lack of customer care!

My next handset will Never be a Nokia again.

Could someone pl guide me on what I could do next so Nokia/Nokia Care takes customer issues seriously?

I understand that Nokia's 5800 is a product with lot of defects & Nokia's response is not helping customers with their ROI.
