I have visited to the Nokia care centre for repairing my Nokia handset. They did the initial screening of my handset for any damage and showed me for the same, after that they took for further clarification & checking for internal fault and came back after 20 minutes and showed me that the handset was not opened but want to show me that the piece is damage on upper side of body which was not their before I handle to them for screening. The way the care center, vashi was behaving with the customer it is not good. The in charge in that care center has told me that the handset was damaged but in my point of view it was ok their was no damage before during internal screening they have done the damage and now there are not accepting the same. After that I asked them for complaint book they don have any complaint book. They were misbehaving with the customer which is not good for the nokia.
