Poor repair and damaged the accesories of the handset

I had given my daughter's nokia xpress for repair at the Nokia care centre at model town ludhiana and was told will be done in 10 min initially after some time i was told that it will take some more time so i should call them up later when i called in the evening they said they are working on it i should call in the morning and then process went on for 2 -3 more days call in morning, noon eve etc etc finally fed up i went to the store to collect my handset and after waiting for several mins was given back the unrepaired hand set minus the accessiorie when i questioned the lady at the reception was only intrested i should sign the paper when i insisited to find about the charm hanging with is she took her on sweet time went in out for another several mins pretended i was not there and finally handed over me a broken part with a smirking smile on her face which absolutely angered me and the owner finally intervened and PROMISED to get the same thing in a day and delivry at my residence several days have passed no call or applogy has come THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE i must say better throw ur phones in the river that taking them to NOKIA CARE!!!
