Non Delivery of appliance

Hi

I have bought LG Microwave Oven -LG MC7148MS via Bill No, 10064767 paying full amount, from Adishwar India Ltd, Banashankari-1006 branch on 03-01-10, I was promised that the Appliance will get delivered on 04-01-10, but till today I have not got the delivery, when enquired with the store they make false promises that it will be delivered in another about 2 hrs, or next day, it is more than 3 days now, the appliance has not been delivered.

I don't know whom to approach and go further.

Can somebody help me in this regard.
