i have purchased my nokia mobile phone E71 (imei no. 352710043650470) on 01/09 which is under 1year warranty as stated but since the day i have purchased my phone there is always an issue of phone hanging which is being resolved at my nearest nokia care at dwarka but as they have closed the service station at dwarka they sugested me to approach the tilak nagar branch (NET DOT SOLUTIONS) for further assistance. i was facing a problem of vibrator malfunctioning for which i deposited my phone at the above mentioned tilak nagar branch on 13/01 (jobsheet no-113433527/110113/55) but now after reciwving my phone under warranty case they informed me that my phone is tampered and will not been taken care under warrantyby head of branch mr. baljit (mob no, 9958181544) after further argument they some how agreed to repair and resolve thecase till 17/01. till the date committed to me it is not been repaired yet and i have visited the branch several times and its is being enough of my patience kindly consider the case requested same complaint has also been lodged to nokia careline at 9111303035353, compalint no-1-11486317355 already charger and handsfree has been replaced under warranty by nokia care dwarka branch
